How long does shipping take for heavy equipment like goalie pads?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size and weight of goalie gear or goals, these items may ship via specialized ground carriers and require an additional 48 hours for processing.
What is your return policy for protective gear?
We accept returns on unused protective gear within 45 days of purchase, provided all original tags and packaging are intact. For hygiene reasons, under-garments and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
