At Hockey Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the ice. If your equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
